The worst company that you can ever imagine. Service is Zero, communication is zero, customer care zero. They are happy to take your money but the services they provide is zilch. They took money from my bank even after I terminated the contract a few months ago and will not even offer a refund. In fact, they admitted in their recent newsletter how bad they have been. Critical Failure: Hostek Unable to Fix HTTPS Redirect Issue for Over a Week !! I am writing this review to express my profound disappointment and frustration with the service provided by Hostek. For more than a week, my website has been plagued by a critical issue: the HTTPS address is automatically and incorrectly redirecting to a different URL. This is not a minor configuration problem; it's a fundamental issue that severely impacts my website's accessibility, user trust, and potentially its search engine ranking. Despite contacting Hostek support over a week ago, they have been completely unable to diagnose and resolve this problem. A week is an unacceptable amount of time for a hosting provider to leave such a critical fault unresolved. The lack of effective action and communication suggests a serious deficiency in their technical capabilities or support processes. A reliable hosting service is paramount for any online presence, and Hostek has fundamentally failed in this regard. Their inability to fix this persistent HTTPS redirection issue demonstrates a lack of competence or resources needed to handle anything beyond the most basic hosting problems. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Hostek to anyone who values reliability and timely technical support. This prolonged failure to provide a core service is simply unacceptable.
