If you'd asked me a year ago to post a review, it would be five stars. We used neolore for many years without issue. And then they changed their policy which basically said we had to pay for billable hours before we needed them!! We had an urgent matter and instead of doing the work and simply billing us an invoice for the time serviced, they wanted us to buy a bulk of hours even though the job at hand would only take maybe two hours at most. Maybe other companies operate this way, but it's borderline criminal in my opinion. Perhaps I will simply open up a company too and just start asking people to pay for services they haven't used! I was quite disappointed. As I said, we had great service with them for years, and they know what they're doing. But I refuse to pay for something I haven't received and may not need or use.

I contacted Neolore first think in the morning while travelling as I couldn't sign in through my remote access. They got a technician on the line right away who fixed the problem in about 3 minutes. It was great service.
