Got cold called from them. Was actually looking for the services they were pitching so I talked to them for a bit to hear their offer. Like a sane person, I wanted to research them before giving them my money. They tried to create an urgency and make the pot sweeter to get me right then and there but agreed to follow up later. After reading all the bad reviews, and seeing the obviously fake good reviews, I emailed Al Corrado thanking him for his time and that I was going to go with another company for my needs. He called me later and was extremely unprofessional and demanded the "truth" on why I wouldn't go with them. He felt entitled to my money for wasting his time and proceeded to be the most pathetic, rude, cry baby cold caller I've ever dealt with. Glad I did my research and got to experience this because they will never get my business or anyone that I know.

I was cold called from the business and was given a long winded explanation about services they wanted to give to me. When I explained that I've personally invested lots of money in SEO education and google ad runs the sales agent started ranting at me, raising their voice, telling me i was "stupid" to not take advantage of this. I tried to explain I would never just give the first person who called my business offering a service money on the first phone call without first assessing the authenticity of the company and having time to look into to the reviews. The sales agent repeatedly cut over me, refused to allow me to speak my concerns to the point where it came off incredibly aggressive and not a company I would give money to if you can't even listen to the client on a potential intake call? Mark excused his tone of voice and pressuring sales tactics as "passion". Honestly really horrible sales, I'd rather work with a company that respects a business owner is going to take time before investing money in something for their business.

Yet despite my skepticism the professionalism and persistence of this company specifically from Kody convinced me to give them a shot. Since then over the next 6 months I have been very pleasantly surprised with the amount of business I have gotten and I have been able to work with my marketing team as well as Kody directly every week to do even a better job at generating the inspections I want. A few hours later, I noticed a false, slanderous review on my business, accusing me of scamming people--something I know for a fact came from this salesperson. This level of unethical behavior is completely unacceptable. If this is how they handle rejection, imagine what they might do with your business information or credit card details. Stay far away. This company cannot be trusted.
