So on April 22, 2025 I was hacked by someone that blasted layered boxes on my screen warning that I need to call Microsoft tech support which the # was on the screen wrong thing to do was for me to call the posted # as it lead me to the wrong people that had me believing that I needed to with draw my money from my checking account after I did a transfer from savings to checking. they had me stay on the phone as I drove to the bank to withdraw my funds and was to deposit into a FDIC vault box! If they were to ask what I needed the funds for I was to tell them for a home renovation. I was to keep him on the phone as I proceeded to the bank. I was also texting my daughter at the same time! When I got to the bank and started the process the teller did ask me what I needed this for I was very nervous and confused at the time but I was able to swipe to my messages with my daughter show I was being hacked I show the tellers and bank manager she immediately showed her she took my phone and hit blocked. It stopped there!!! They did try to reach me bit luckily their # was blocked. It will take me some time to move past this experience...........

GO STARLINK , they're running a special , ITS SOOOOO MUCH BETTER !!!! So after waiting since 1997, the promised internet improvement never came and there were no other options, so we were stuck with it, until now. We switched to Starlink, my speed went from 15mps to 196mps for the SAME PRICE!!! It's screaming fast now. We did this about 3 weeks ago, haven't paid the last part of the bill yet and got a call today threatening to send me to collections, LMAO. It's been 3 WEEKS !!!? I thought about making them wait 27 years as well, but I wont. Because I don't suck. But, jeez what a racket. I have a feeling BCT(Directlink) might be in a bit of trouble now that there's other options available. ***UPDATE: Crystal called me again 2 days later demanding payment or collections would follow. I told her 2 days earlier, Id be in by the end of the week to pay. Definitely not professional, cant wait to be done with these guys. If you are reading this and debating using them, DON'T DO IT, you'll be sorry.

Was a great service prior to the storm last year. Internet barely works now.. I am angry that they offer new development fiber optic services for only 5 dollars more a month than what their long term customers get. 10 GB for 46.00 but 2 blocks away they get 100GB for around 50.00 a month. So unfair for the long term customers.

Direct link has been amazing the 2+ years I've had internet with them. The service never went down, but more importantly they stayed true to their price lock they promised me. The other major internet service in town slowly then quickly raised my price every single month, but never direct link. I never got additional charges or hidden fees, and the customer service was always excellent. If you want high speed internet, cable, and a trusting company with great customer service, direct link is the only option I'd recommend in town. Don't get worked over by the other guys with their false promises and "cheap" one year pricing(they will gouge you after), choose direct link and take comfort in knowing they're honest and efficient.

I have been on Canby Telcom for over 7 years and have had great service. We have 60/30 speed at our house and we have never had a problem. There are over 20 devices connected to my router with over half of them streaming video and the signal has always been strong. I constantly test the speed and its always right where it needs to be. If I had a complaint it would be that I'm not able to get the 1 GB service at my house yet.

I have great service I've had them since February 2021. I've never had an issue when my card was changed and I forgot to pay the service fee it was back on within minutes. They've also helped me when I forgot my password. I have great service within my whole property also even to the street and we have a 12000 sqft lot. I've had other services through other companies and this company by far my favorite. The price is great also and I've never had slow internet. I have a small business from home and TVs and phones and it's never been slow.
