Our company used Webber Consulting to set up all of our office computers during our transition of moving offices. David, Mark and Morgan have been an excellent resource in keeping us up to date on current computer technology by offering solutions, expediting all our issues and computer management. I had one of our computers crash at one of our office locations. David responded immediately. Marc stopped what he was doing and literally met me at my car to take my computer and bring it into his office to fix it. He was able to restore and get our business up and running same day. We continue to utilize their services. Their expertise is a must, yet trusting your company in their hands when you need to have your business up and running, is even greater. My 13 year old son and I contacted Mark about his gaming PC that was having problems even booting up after a regular update. We went into his office, and Mark explained to my son what the likely problems were - and how he would remedy it. He ended up repairing and upgrading my son's computer and was extremely fast and the cost was incredibly reasonable. Marc Webber is so thoughtful. He cares for your business and its efficiency! I had had some work done, to retrieve information from a failed hard drive, and at that time we got into a conversation about how our office is set up. I explained, and he immediately saw areas that I could improve on in speed and safety of information. He was so excited to share his knowledge, that he dropped what he was doing and made an in office visit on the spot. Simple cable upgrades made our internet faster, and our networking fly. Free in office visit, cables were less than $10. and I was blown away! Next thing you know he is explaining the importance of a Solid State Hard Drive. I forgot all about his advice until a few months later, I was talking to him again, and he mentioned it was still on his mind for our business. I had him reexplain the importance, then I followed his advise. Wow, he was right! Faster computer, so much more efficient, I didn't really even know how much time I had been wasting on a slow computer. But what impressed me the most is that our business was on his mind, because he knew he could improve it. Yes, he just made a client for life!

I was visiting Canby from out of state when the laptop that I rely on for all of my schoolwork suddenly started acting up. Some repair services I have used in the past have made me feel like I wasn't really being listened to when explaining the problem with my device, but Mark and his staff pleasantly surprised me by being both highly considerate and genuinely attentive of everything I said. I was also able to get back my laptop the same day I brought it in! A high level of expertise among all staff is apparent. A great experience all around!

I had purchased a Galaxy S4 off Craigslist and the front facing camera was dirty. At 4:50pm I strolled into Webbers and asked if they could take my phone apart and blow the dirt off. David said they could and asked if I'd come back in the morning. We talked for a bit and then he said "Oh heck, I got time now". I was honestly blown away by how competent David was, how skillfully he pulled apart and put back together my phone, and best of all I can now take selfies! My screen has a crack in it, and I am definitely going back to Webbers to have David fix it. Quality guy and you can tell he enjoys what he is doing.
