PEAK Internet

Switched to PEAK fiber internet at the shop and so glad we did! Phone and internet service has been great. The techs are very helpful and we always get someone on the phone if we need to call and talk to someone. Great service!

Due to Xfinity changes resulting in higher cost and worse performance, we were so happy to be able to move to locally owned fiber with streaming. I've been a Peak customer for 20+ years with their old ISP hosting service. They have always provided great customer service, real people to talk to when you need help, clear pricing and no complex contracts...easy to add and remove whenever you need. My new 3Gb service is awesome, install was easy and I even won a sweet Yeti cooler in their recent drawing. Roku is working so much better than Xfinity and everything is about half the cost, even with three mesh units. Thank you PEAK!

I upgraded to the PEAK service from my old Centurytel and can tell you this, I am HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY. Not only do they provide a great highspeeed fiber optic connection at a reasonable price, their service and support is outstanding. I recently noticed my wifi speeds seemed slower than normal and called their service and got a local representative on the line in under a minute who worked with me to determine that there was some sort of problem that could not be handled over the phone, and then assigned a technician to come to my house to fix it. The tech arrived ontime (almost unheard of) and tested/repaired my system in under 1/2hr. at no charge. All the staff I interacted with we very friendly and helpful. I recommend Peak Internet to anyone in their service area. update: 2 weeks later, more issues, the technician (Chris) quickly and efficiently diagnosed that the problem was not with the new equipment previously installed, but instead was an issue with my computers wireliss card that had been subject to a failed softtware update by the mfgr. Contacted Dell and they got the update fixed and the connection was back to full speed. Thank you Chris

We have had Peak fixed wireless for 4 or 5 years , now. The service is fast and reliable, the people are great, and on the few occasions that I have needed any tech support, it's always super friendly, local voices I hear!! We are in an area without high speed options, so we couldn't do much more than check email. I met Rodney at a networking event and he hooked me up with service that lets my daughter and I BOTH stream video while my husband games on his xbox. I highly recommend Peak fixed wireless!

I've been a customer since before PEAK was PEAK; they were my first Internet provider and continue to be my provider of choice. Over time, their prices have come way down (how often does that happen?), while they've maintained their excellent customer service. There's a lot to be said for being able to walk into a local provider's office with a question or problem and talk to the actual techs who can help.

We just had Ron Thompson come out and replace our Modem/router and what a wonderful job he did !! He was very professional and did over and beyond what was expected. Cleaned up a bit of a mess from the initial install a year ago. I didn't ask him to do anything extra. He is a man of integrity and wanted it to be right for us. I would recommend Ron to do an install for anyone wanting a great job done. Give the man a raise is what I think !!!

Peak Internet provides a great service to our community through internet services and their generosity to help those in need. On the internet side we have been very pleased with their customer service and attention to detail to our needs. The community giving side of Peak Internet has been nothing but exceptional and beneficial to our great community. Many thrive within our community because of their generosity.

I'd give zero stars if I could, Peak is awful in customer service. The place where I work was having a computer problem so we called them to see if they might know why, a tech came out, maybe for 10 minutes, listened to what I told him, did 0 research while he was there apart from what I told him and said he would go back to the office to ask people who might know excel better and would call back in a few days, never called back and when called to check in they never answered. If you can find someone else to help with computer problems.
