A River House

I highly recommend A River House for your wedding venue or any event ceremony! A River House is right by the beautiful Rogue River, and its view is absolutely stunning. Not to mention the vibrant landscaping for amazing photography. This place is truly a gem! The owners are friendly, professional, and passionate about what they do. We were fortunate and blessed to have our dream wedding here last summer. We had about 180 people. It was incredible. Everyone had a blast and an unforgettable time. The owners were supportive and informative throughout the process. I didn't have to worry about my vendors. A River House coordinated with all of the vendors to ensure that everything flowed smoothly. A special thanks to their knowledgeable insights; it could have been a disastrous event on my wedding day if they hadn't saved me from a dishonest vendor that I had hired. I will say that you can count on their legitimate vendor recommendations! We are forever thankful for their hard work and dedication to making everyone's wedding ceremony the best ceremony ever!

A River House is a first class venue well worth the stay. Whether a few days or lucky enough to stay longer, you will have all the conveniences of home! Julee and Matt are gracious hosts. They are friendly and accommodating, and responsive to questions and requests. We have been privileged to stay at two of the properties, The Boat House and Garden House. They are clean, comfortable and very up to date with their amenities. This is our go to place when visiting family in the area, and a great destination spot. You won't be disappointed!

As a former wedding photographer it was difficult to find all the right people to work with for my own wedding. We had the BEST vendors for our own wedding last summer and A River House was a huge part of that experience. Our guests still talk about how magical and special the venue was! Jamee and Julee were extremely communicative, kind, and organized! They were even kind enough to give us a virtual tour since we live in Idaho (after several venues told us that wouldn't be an option). We weren't expecting to see them much the day of, but they were a wonderful presence and extremely helpful to us during the day. We can't recommend them enough!!!

A River House is such an amazing and beautiful venue to work at!! As a mobile bar I get to travel around and see all sorts of different wedding venues and settings. A River House is such a gem! The owners and on site coordinators, Jamee and Julee, are very communicative and a delight to work with. I cannot wait to get booked again at their wonderful venue and look forward to working with them again in the future!

My wife and I just recently had our wedding at A River House in June and I couldn't have imagined getting married anywhere else! We are not local to the area and booked their venue before it was fully complete and before even seeing it in person! This was done because of the amazing experience and chats that I had with Jamee and Julee. They are incredibly informative, passionate about their property, and have a great sense of humor. When we finally were able to make it out to visit the venue we were blown away! The beauty of the venue is just something that not even pictures justify! Jamee and Julee went above and beyond for us, answering all of our questions and giving us a good outlook on what our day would be like, possible layouts, and assisting our vendors with coordination. They outline that they live on the property from the get-go and when we saw them from time to time, they were helpful and great to be around. We are so happy to have found this venue and the owners really took part in making our day feel magical

As our one year wedding anniversary is approaching, I realized I need to leave a review for the ones who helped make our day so unbelievably special. We got married at this family-owned venue on October 7th last year and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! Julee and Jamee are the sweetest people. From the moment we toured the place, we knew it was the one for us, and it turned out to be nothing short of perfect on our big day. The venue is gorgeous, with every little detail so well thought out, and the views of the Rogue River are just stunning. Julee and Jamee treated us like family, making everything feel special and easy. We almost didn't want to say goodbye to them when the wedding celebrations were over! If you're looking for a beautiful place to marry your best friend, we can't recommend this venue enough! It made our day truly unforgettable!

First off they deserve way more than 5 stars! My husband and I had the most beautiful amazing wedding we could ever ask for! We couldn't have done this without the help of Jamee, Julee, and their family! These two knew exactly what they were doing and gave us all the advice and information leading up to our big day. Their communication was spot on and our family and friends had such a wonderful day! You don't just get the beauty of the venue with the river but the Air Bnb's were exceptional as well! We would do it all over again if we could, I'm sure down the road we will renew our vowels at A River House. We hold so many memories there. Highly recommend this place for any special event!

My wife and I, recentley got married at The River House, and I can't even find the words to describe how amazing of an experience it was. Planning an out of state wedding with no coordinator as a young couple seemed very scary, but Jamee & Julee made sure to make the process as smooth as possible. not only was I looking for a beautiful venue but also be able to work with someone who could deliver a great experience. From the very beginning to end, Jamee & Julee were beyond helpful, super sweet and literally made my weekend go by soo smooth (and thanks to their husbands all guest were helped with directions and others) They made my guest feel welcomed and happy! I was beyond impressed with their professionalism, attention to details and overall efforts, as they take people's special day very serious! A river house will forever have a special place in my heart, such a beautiful venue, airb&b and kind people to work with!
