Don't ever get century link. Do not subscribe to them. Constant outages, constant cancelation appointments, constant problems in general.

Wish I could leave 0 stars! Awful customer service. I have spoken to ONE csr that was decent. One technician in our area was great, Thad was his name, I believe. We've had multiple outages, my modem resets itself ALL the time, and requires me to go though the entire set up process multiple times in a month, and that self service process has never worked. I have to contact customer service everytime to get it working again. CenturyLink has left a cable strewn across my yard for almost a year and refuses to send a technician out to bury it like they are required to do. A YEAR WITH A GIANT SAFETY HAZZARD. Can't even mow my lawn without having to find ways to hold the cable up off the ground. It goes from the road, down to my house, across the front of my house and front door way, down to the other end of my house and into my kitchen. Last time I called for a tech, they sent one out to "diagnose my service issues" that we didn't have (at that moment at least ) and was told AGAIN I'd have to have a different tech come to bury my cable within 3 weeks... It's been like 3 months now since that visit?? So excited to cancel my service this month! Our new provider had to bury and install fiber optic cables from the power lines and underground to each and every house in our town and still managed to finish before CenturyLink could bury a cable. JOKES.

You pay to get up to 10 MBPS, however, you will only receive 1.5 MBPS as that is the maximum they allow you to have in this area, I mean that is available for you to have. They can for additional $64.99 get you an additional 1.5 MBPS with an additional network. The main problem here is, that the internet has to be working in order to get anything at all.

Will stop service on a dime over a expired card, then take there sweet time when it's corrected same day.
