HiLight

I helped my church, Westside Bible Fellowship in Hillsboro, switch from Comcast to HiLight in March 2023. We now have two years of experience with HiLight. The decision has been confirmed by lower cost, higher speed, better customer service, and improved technical indicators such as uptime and latency. I'm a hero at church for "fixing the internet". The greatest contrast was probably the customer service experience which was always unpleasant with Comcast and always a pleasure with HiLight. HiLight has LOCAL customer service people who are amazingly knowledgeable and helpful. Be a hero at your home or business and make the switch to HiLight!

I've had HiLight installed in a business location and now my home. It's always a great experience with their team (thanks again, Antonio!) and I like knowing that if there is an issue they are local and things will be resolved quickly.

As a Hillsboro business I was ecstatic to see Highlight open their service here. Previously we had to use Comcast. it took to us 5 day to back up our server on Comcast's fastest system! Now with Highlight it is done in 4 hours! Not only that their service has been the so awesome. Recently our fiber went down, their engineer Jerry predicted it was a mouse that probably chewed through our fiber cable. He was on-site within an hour and his prediction was 100% correct. The system was up within 30 minutes of his arrival, it was a mouse, they ran some new fiber and we were up fast. If your company is in Hillsboro and you need reliable fast fiber internet this is the place to get it. I cannot recommend them highly enough! They are fantastic. 10/10 and Jerry is 11/11!

Very polite and respectful technician who explained the situation and the time required to complete the installation. Completed quickly and neatly. Provided follow up instructions and a report of upload/download speeds. Very happy with hilite so far.

A construction crew working on a neighbor's house ripped the internet cables out of my house this morning... I had both Hilight and Xfinity as a backup. I called Hilight and a human answered the phone, listened to the severity is the issue (a cable hanging down across the road creating huge risk of more damage) and within 5 minutes a truck pulled up and started fixing it. Immediately after I called Xfinity. Their AI text-to-speech program refused to connect me to human no matter how hard I tried and insisted on texting me a link to their AI chatbot website. The AI chatbot website, despite my indicating a SEVERE and IMMINENT safety issue refused to help me or connect me to a person... ... right up until I said I wanted to cancel my account. Then suddenly a human was available. I went through with cancelling xfinity, the company is a joke and their MBA overlords have removed all customer service quality from the company in pursuit of their own bonuses and dividends. If you're in their service area, Hilight is the ONLY choice for internet. Don't even consider Xfinity. In two years I've had one, short duration outage that was resolved in minutes, and this as my only vaguely "bad" experiences, and Hilight resolved both nearly instantly.

Our business Le'Stuff Antique Mall was one of the first in Downtown Hillsboro on Main Street to be connected. We wish they would have been making the connection on the back of our buildings like they are now but we have been extremely satisfied with their service and their price. We definitely recommend Hillsboro HiLight and now we're anxiously waiting for their internet service for our home.

My installation tech, Antonio was on time, professional, communicated the entire process, he was fast, cleaned up after himself, worked with me to place the ONT exactly where I wanted it, and made sure I didn't have any questions. I don't think it could have gone better.
