Spectrum Store

The only thing slower than their internet is the rate at which I slowly time traveled back into the past only to get home with my new "faster" router that I had to exchange in the store where I stood for close to a half an hour while the courteous employees patiently explained the many complexities that phone chargers are equipped with and how they could not provide one for this older man who grew more frustrated by the minute while I slowly began to grow mold. I finally made my decent back home where I now experience frequent internet outages.

Customer service takes much longer then it should. If done busyness are taking an hour at the counter maybe you need more people to staff.

Stop coming to our house. We are not interested. We have a no soliciting and no trespassing sign on the door for a reason. We don't like dealing with solicitors. Don't come back!

The people at the Klamath Falls store have been good to work with. 8/10. The people on the toll free line are usually a 6/10. Sadly the waiting time is excessive. However, when you call to reduce or cancel your services! OMG! These people are rude and pushy! 0/10. Be competitive!!! Then people won't cancel your services! Economics 101!!!

Got me fixed up in no time... Place was clean & employees we're more than helpful....

Customer service is a hit or miss . Almost all of them are nice except for Jeff, he has a chip on his shoulder. If you get him wait for another one to become available. Store is clean. Seating is only a couple of tall tables with tall chairs so not persons with disabilities friendly. Cell phone accessories were very few for the phones they sell.

I had the displeasure of utilizing the Spectrum chat feature a few times today. Spectrum was having an issue in our area where no one could access sites like UPS.com, Walmart.com, Onedrive etc. Everything else worked great, but a handful of sites that I found wouldn't work. So I attempted to call in an outage, or at least an upstream provider having issues affecting Spectrum customers. I spoke to a grand total of 5 chat agents this morning, and I couldn't believe how horribly ignorant they were on basic internet infrastructure. One agent tried to convince me that I had just received a bad IP on my modem and I needed to wait 4 days to get a new one, or replace the brand new modem. Another tried to explain the reason my issues went away when I used a VPN to connect, it's because I got a new IP that wasn't whitelisted like my old IP, and that's why everything worked again. Come on Spectrum, spend some time and money on decent training for your repair staff. The words coming out of their mouths was embarrassing. The entire department is a complete joke.

Were very helpful and spent quality time with us. We were waited on promptly and we really appreciated their care
