I've had an incredibly frustrating experience with Dealer Spike. I signed a contract under the understanding that my website would be live by March 1st. As of April 29th: No website, no consistent communication, and no confirmation that my contract has been officially terminated--despite being told I would receive a $299 refund for services not rendered. Instead of resolving the issue, I received another invoice today for an additional $299. Since working with Dealer Spike, I've had to repeatedly reach out, follow up, and practically beg for someone to simply contact me. So I'm still asking -- please, Dealer Spike, respond to my emails or give me a call.

BE AWARE! We've been a client of Dealer Spike (formerly ARI) for several years! We've paid them in excess of five figures to manage our website over these years. Their representatives constantly change, they push responsibilities, and updates never happen. Don't get caught up in their "catalog updates." I've been waiting for Dealer Spike to update our manufacture catalogs for 2 years now. They simply state "we're working on updates." Enough is enough! We've decided to move vendors. ...and as expected, their customer service turns completely unhelpful. I'm beyond frustrated with this organization and their customer service representatives!

Our dealership has been using Dealerspike for many many years. They've had ups and downs. Website and webmail are more stable than they were last year or year prior. Hardly ever down. My rep is wonderful but he's overwhelmed. He wont tell me that, but he is. ARI, parent company needs to stop purchasing MORE COMPANIES and pushing these contracts on their staff that are already OVERWHELMED. When I submitted a help ticket in 2018, I had an answer or a phone call within 30 minutes. I now submit a ticket and I hear something in 3 to 10 days. This is not the fault of the reps. The reps are overworked. They need to hire more staff, OR they need to re-sell some of these companies they are purchasing. This is the cold hard truth.
