No Wires Now provides the most EXCEPTIONAL and personal service! I can't think of another business that is more helpful, friendly and professional with better customer service than we were provided with by Cheriesse and Nery! Although we had problems with the providers themselves, they both went our of their way to make sure everything was resolved - even though they had to stay late to do so. At the end, my monthly bills got lowered by over $135/month! I HIGHLY recommend you stop by their business and check out what they can do for you. (And while you're there, say hi to their dog, Blue :)

It seems some folks have had good experiences with this company, but I did NOT! Charisse could not have been nicer in the courting stage, assuring me that she would take care of dealing with Dish and lowering our internet bill. "Let me handle everything," she insisted. Once the 2-year contract was signed, the sweetness and light disappeared. The first three bills we got charged us for movies we did not watch so I called Charisse for her help. By the third time, she clearly thought I was a pain in the rear and treated me accordingly. Not the best customer service or problem solving approach. Even worse, when our Spectrum internet bill went up after the promotion ended, she said there would be a CHARGE for her to call and renegotiate the price!!!! She wanted $30 to make the call!! I never called her for anything again and couldn't wait for our contract to end. Goodbye No Wires Now, Goodbye Dish!! Cheaper and way better customer service from Spectrum!!!

I can't thank Cheriesse at No Wires Now enough for her incredible help! She managed to lower my internet bill by $45/month and even got me free cell phone service. Before coming into the store, I had no idea how much I was overpaying or that there were other options available to me. Cheriesse was so kind and patient, explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. She made the whole process feel simple and stress-free. Cable is "still " laying on my lawn. I have to tie it up so I can mow. I don't think I would recommend them. Agent is no help at all. She got our money & now there is no contact from her. Next step, Better Business Bureau.
