Ledding Library

This is Milwaukee leading library. This is a new place that they redesign and rebuilt. It is up to date with all the new high-tech technology. It's bigger than the old Milwaukee library. It has amazing seeing areas for people to sit. It doesn't have a basement anymore it's all one for. The kids section is on one side and the adult section in young teens that are on the other side. They have study rooms here. Teen rooms here. They do reading programs for young teens and kids. The staff were really nice and amazing. Really easy to sign up and get library cards. And they enjoyed my friends kitty cat in the backpack.

beautiful recently renovated public library with a teen center, a community room, group meeting room, and reservable study rooms. the children's area is separated from the main library, complete with a tiny door for kids to go through (there's also a big one for adults). there are play and reading areas and well curated series of kids events including sign for babies, times when someone reads stories to kids, and book clubs for various ages. They have a seed library and a full library of things, audio books, music, and community event tickets that can be checked out. It's awesome.

I'm a taxpayer in Milwaukie and apparently that's going towards a library that's being used more as a daytime homeless shelter. I tried working inside and there were 10+ adult men just charging cellphones, one coughing loudly, one came back in reeking of cigarettes. It was gross and I had to leave. While Downtown Milwaukie has a MAX stop this is going to continue. A simple fix would be to require people show a library card to enter. People need an actual Milwaukie address to get one.

Specifically visited the children's section with my 3 year old. We both loved it! Clean, inviting, natural light, a family bathroom with a child's toilet next to an adult toilet. Toys, puzzles, computer games and great books.

Incredible space! I love this library! They have sounds proofed the kids section separately from the rest of the library. There's a small kids door and adult door to the kids area. They have a conference room you can reserve. So spacious and beautiful architecture.

The entire basement is the children's section. Lots of great books and toys for children. Story time was fun for kids followed by a craft. This library is in a beautiful location- next to a park with lots of water fowl.

Very Beautiful Library. Glad to see Libraries are still being built even in todays digital age. This library has area hangouts for kids, teens, private study rooms and business meeting rooms. All types of media here, DVDs, Vinyls, CDs magazines and of course BOOKS. This also has a Merchandise room for book and T-Shirts sales. Also, shout-out to the local electricians, HVAC, plumbers, carpenters and all Tradesmen that built this beautiful place.

This is a top-notch neighborhood library with very friendly and helpful staff. It's very clean and comfortable.
