I don't leave many reviews, but I felt it was time to give a shout out to Juan Paredes and the entire staff at AlwaysOnIT! They have kept our company computers running smoothly since 2009. Yesterday they transferred all information from my old PC to a new one and they did it with minimal downtime. If my work PC gives me trouble it is so nice that help is available. Of course I rarely have issues because they are behind the scenes keeping everything up to date and backing up my data. Amazing peace of mind with AlwaysOnIT and I highly recommend them!

Great service. They hire super competent people that are both technical strong and have amazing customer service. I was lucky that we found them two decades ago to service my business, where we grew from working from home in one state to opening 4 office in 3 states to working from home again but in 10 states again during the Pandemic to the hybrid model of both working at the office and working from home during the week. They were able to scale with us over the years as our technology needs grew during these business model changes.

We have been using AlwaysOnIT for our business for years. We use them for all our IT needs and appreciate how timely they are with their support. Juan is excellent at helping us with any computer issues we have. We rely on their excellent service to run our business.

I have been a client for about fifteen (15) years. The current company name, Always on IT, began as Geeks a Knockin. I first met Greg Clark, who made house calls at my accounting office. Thru the years, there have been periodic occasions when I had to upgrade (trash) an old system and install a new computer. The company has always eased me thru this process. When I have urgent problems, I count on Juan Paredes, one of the tech at the company. He is prompt in his response and always seems to find a solution. I have yet to meet Chris Benson in person. That is why I yearly alert Juan to urge Chris to have an annual picnic in the park where clients can meet the techs. In this age or impersonal relationships, some would say "why do you insist on seeing clients in person" Because there is magic in a face to face relationship. I urge the public to place their business trust in Always on IT.

I work for a non-profit helping the homeless and having our internet and phones down (the phones are internet based too) is extremely bad. Our internet provider, Spectrum, looked at everything remotely and said they couldn't see anything wrong, at least with their equipment and from their viewpoint, We called AlwaysOnIT (AOIT) and one of their techs, Juan Paredes, did his remote look confirmed there was a problem and promptly escalated their response, sending a tech to physically on-site address the problem. The tech was super thorough, determining the problem, which turned out to be a Spectrum issue, and then AOIT convinced Spectrum to send a tech on-site that same afternoon. Long story short, we're back up and running. Everyone was polite, professional and patient in explaining to me what was happening (I ask a LOT of questions, lol!). I've dealt with a lot of IT techs over the years. These guys were great (so was the Spectrum tech, by the way). I have had several minor issues over the years that AOIT quickly responded to and resolved for me, being patient to explain to me what was being done and what I needed to do to prevent a repetition. No hesitation in giving them 5 stars for their experience.

I have been working with AlwaysOnIT for over 2 years now. They are exteremly responsive to our needs, and always have issues resolved on the same day they are presented.
