Avibe built a ground-up site for us that not only received continued praise from our stakeholders and supporters, but that lasted us more than six years! Working with the Avibe team was always pleasurable and productive, and on the one or two occasions we had technical glitches, they were resolved almost instantaneously. Whenever we had to pull in other design partners (from our print-side team, for example), they were wonderfully collaborative and always able produce exactly what we were looking for. At the same time we are always looking to add a new perspective and current expertise in the fast changing digital landscape. As we were about to embark on a new UI UX project with our website we carefully considered several options and chose Avibe..and that was simply the best decision we made. We were extremely grateful to work alongside the amazing team at Avibe - Brian, Jake, Kurt, Chris, Mitch, Matt and countless others who do the magic and truly made our dreams and vision into a reality. Brian was such an organized and discipline project manager who kept our entire team on task, under budget with such a smooth and calm demeanor particularly when we were approaching deadlines. Jake took the time to dive deep with our end users traveling with our teams in Europe and across China to make sure that we were delivering real value and benefit to our global users. Kurt was truly a creative genius who designed a beautiful user experience and interface that is surprising, delightful and incredibly impactful for our end users. They are approachable, team oriented and truly care about the end user's experience. Bottom line, we had so much fun working together and the project has been incredibly successful. After 18 months, Phase 1 of this project just went live this past week across 50+ countries in 20+ different languages and the initial feedback from our new website has been universally praised for it's beauty, simplicity, performance and efficiency. And this is just a start...as we have several more phases to implement through an agile methodology always continuously improving and delivering value to our users globally. I truly think the best is yet to come.

Unfortunately, I was not Impressed at all... I was recommended by an associate to have them bid on a significantly-sized and costly project. I needed a company that could move at the pace of MY NEEDS. As an entrepreneur, time is the most valuable commodity I have. Instead of "Let's get this figured out", I received excuse after excuse with why I would not be able to meet with a manager/director for weeks! I even said to let me know whatever time will work and I will make it happen on my end. They had a very nonchalant and uncaring attitude throughout the initial messaging process. I am sorry folks, but you are not living in the real world for real businesses. "The boss is heading out of town", or "People are taking vacations", etc. etc.. does not work for shakers and movers in our fast paced e-society. I know as business owners and project coordinators read this, you get what I am saying. If that's the initial response I was getting in the beginning, how can a client be comfortable you will not use the same reasoning after being hired? Most of us have legitimate deadlines that need to be met. You guys are simply not worth the risk..

A-Vibe has been a partner for over four years, and we have had a great experience with them. I use the word "partner" because it feels like they are an extension of our office. We present a problem to them and they help us to solve it, often giving us several solutions from which to choose. They built a custom website and application for us. Our site has a password protected back office that is customer facing, as well as one that is used internally by our staff, and yet another that is accessed by our state partners. So it is complicated to say the least! Their solutions are integrated into everything we do. I would recommend them to anyone looking for technical business solutions.
