Kosmos has helped us on a number of projects (both still active from 2023 & 2024) involving inventory data syncing on BigCommerce. Kosmos has been integral to the business I work with. We had been manually updating our inventory in our online store to match our in-store count. With our business slowly growing, it had become difficult to keep up. With Kosmos' ability to sync inventory from Revel to Shopify and our Shopify orders to Revel it is now fully automated and one less task we have to deal with. I will have to say that while it can be straightforward to set up some actions and tasks, a few have a learning curve and requires some patience. Some of their documentation also needs to be updated; however, their customer service made up for that. They got back to me in less than a day an worked with me to get everything working again (and sent me the link to set the up the correct action and instructions). Nick, the technician who was assisting me, was patient and extremely helpful the entire process. All-in-all, I would say this is a worthwhile product and we look forward to using it for the foreseeable future.
