Pivot was great to work with and always has been. We've worked with them for over 12 years and most recently went through their rebranding process. We had a lot of opinions in our group and they were able to sort through the fog and pull out what is best and most unique about our company. Their visuals were amazing and the brand guide they provided went above my expectations. At the end of the day, marketing always seems understaffed. Pivot is my wife's employer so this is a bit of a biased review. Maybe not, actually because I hear the real story. What I hear is that Pivot is the best employer in the area for graphic design and marketing.
