I found Grant's website asking for help to reset my IPAD to factory default so I could gift it to my sister who doesn't have a working computer. I needed it before Thanksgiving so I could bring it to her. She lives two hours from Salem. He agreed to work on it and gave me an appointment time immediately. He not only fixed it so it is just like a new IPAD, but refused to be paid. Grant finished the job within an hour and was very gracious and helpful. Brant is a gem. . .skilled, professional with a good sense of humor. His patience with a luddite like myself is much appreciated. Highly recommend! Brant has a special gift not only for Mac repair but also for explaining his though process in a way that is neither overly technical nor demeaning to the client. I left my appointment with both a functional laptop and a plan to prevent the issue from happening again.

I wanted to give it a couple of weeks but I brought in an older mid 2013 macbook pro in to be fixed for a faulty hard drive issue. Brent went immediately to work and was able to diagnose the problem very quick. I got my computer back within a couple of days and it's running great. I couldn't recommend his services enough.

Brant was a true professional! I brought in my girlfriends laptop that wouldn't turn on. Turns out the backlight went out and it may even be covered by Apple! Brant was careful and cautious when working to diagnose the issue the entire timre. He was super knowledgeable and helpful in finding a solution. My only regret is not setting up a meeting sooner!

Wow what incredible service we just received! My daughter is a student at Willamette University and had a sudden issue (broken screen) with her MacBook. Her computer was picked up, fixed, and returned to her in less than 24 hours (luckily the part was in stock!). What amazing and affordable service! A life saver for a parent that lives in a different state with a distraught freshman!! Thank you so much!!!!!

My Mac has always been on the slow side, but recently so slow that it was unusable. Brant diagnosed the issue remotely, set 2 appointments to come do the work and the results are fantastic, at a reasonable price. (Faster than when I bought it new.) Brant is very knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and friendly. I definitely recommend reaching out to him if you are having issues with your Mac.
