We have been incredibly happy with the service provided by IT Group NW. From onboarding to now a year later, they have been fantastic. Our team of 25 people has no trouble calling or submitting tickets to get assistance when we need help. In addition to regular monthly maintenance and security they've helped us with: - Upgrading our ancient phone system to a VOIP option including setting up the desktop and mobile apps for it as well as the physical new phones. - Switching from Comcast to fiber internet with minimal downtime. - Upgrading our server also with minimal downtime. - Identifying network drive space eaters (enormous files taking up all the available space) that we can remove. They've given great recommendations to improve efficiencies within our office. As a business owner it is crucial to be able to trust the suggestions from IT. I know that when they tell me to do something that I truly need it and they're aware of the cost constraints involved. I never feel like I am being upsold. Their support team is very responsive, and our team gets solutions for any issues we have right away. From software updates to operating system updates, they handle everything so timely and completely. It feels like I have a team that genuinely cares about getting my business in optimal IT shape. IT Group NW has been serving our small business needs for 23 years. We've watched them grow with the same leadership for that entire time and as IT Group has grown and expanded the services they offer, they have only gotten better at what they do. I won't go deep into the experiences I've had due to time. I will however say that as a frequent traveler to Asia over the first 19 years of our business relationship, I was able to get someone on the or hooked up remotely to my laptop from 6500 miles away and get any number of issues fixed. From an inability to connect to internet to connecting to our own VPN. On one other occasion, the week before the lock down, I had emergency surgery on my ankle. At an almost impossible time to get anything done, they delivered a double monitor and the accessories to my home for a remote hook up. By that April, our entire office staff had the same equipment at home. That my friends is dedication. I can't speak of other groups. IT Group NW is the only group I've worked with and by the time i retire, that will not change.
