I got a flyer about Internet deals with Todd Smith's information and after having a terrible experience with Xfinity I decided to give it a shot. I called and asked how quickly I could have functioning Internet and since he was nearby he was and to make it happen the same day! He was polite, professional, and not pushy!

Adam was punctual, pleasant and well prepared. He wasted no time in getting to the root of a complicated combination of problems. He did not leave until he was sure both tvs and phones were in perfect working condition. Thanks to him!!!!!

worst company ever....they will tack on charges, raise rates even though customers sign up for locked in monthly rates Will LIE BLATANTLY - charging me a restoration fee when my service was never cut off. I work from home I'd know if my service was cut off in past few days. It has not as I been using it daily all day. They lie and say it was - literal lies. Each month they do something fraudulent.....will be filing complaint with BBB

Don't waste your money or your time with these guys. The service is horrible, the internet doesn't reach across the house, and they bill for unused services. Absolutely horrible, go with Comcast or any other normal provider and save yourself the hassle of trying to get your money back after being billed for nothing. We were billed 176$ for less than a weeks worth of service. We cancelled within their 30 day period and they are telling us they can't do anything about it because our account is closed. This company needs to be reviewed by the BBB because the only way they are staying in business is by robbing people one by one. This company is an absolute joke. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.

Service was good for the first couple of years but after that things went downhill. Inconsistent service with intermittent connectivity. Was paying for 1gb and was getting 50 mbps. Completely absurd. Techs came twice to my house, switched all the equipment a few times and still same issues. They could simply not figure out what was going on and ran out of ideas. I decided to switch to a different company since I was now paying $120 for something you cannot call internet service

We're moving to a new, more rural area. Finding the Internet service to connect to our new address was no small trick. After a bit of a rocky start, the install has gone smoothly! Atham was patient and thorough getting everything set up. Nice work
