Think Company

I had such high hopes after initially meeting with them, but once the project started they were a complete disaster to work with. It was so frustrating, I ended up having to pay a second agency to fix this mess. I needed a business application redesigned and migrated to a new technical stack, which they guaranteed they could accomplish based on the agreed upon timeline and cost. Then, of course, after the contract is signed, their project manager tells me they need nearly 3 MONTHS of extra time because they did not have developers on hand that could accomplish what they said. Not only that, this would make the cost run $10,000s of dollars over budget based on the new hours estimate. That is just ridiculous they just say "yes" to everything and lure clients with all these flashy concepts, but when it comes time to doing the work, once Think Company has their money, they just do whatever they want. I've worked with larger consulting firms like Cognizant and EPAM, so I thought choosing a smaller one like Think Company would be more of personal experience, but I was totally wrong about them. I would highly advise against working with them for anything that is business critical or requires a serious effort. They just say things but don't actually mean them. Don't waste your money on Think Company.

Worked for them 2014-2018 and it was a pivotal and positive point in my career.
