Sleepy Cat Urban Winery

TERRIBLE. We were a party of 4 who went mid-day Saturday -- each ordered flights and each left most of the wine on the table (see pic). Each tasting was SO bad... spoiled, metallic, flavorless, gross. Left a bad taste on our tongues for a coupe hours. Do not recommend. It was also amazing how unbothered the staff was that we didn't finish the wine. It seemed like they knew the wine was bad. They didn't even ask if there was a problem. Edit in response to the owner's response: We didn't just try 4 wines. There were 4 of us. Three of us tried 4 wines and one person tried 5. That is a total of 17 wines. Also, I tried the Cab Sauv / Cab Franc blend and the driest rose. Those are not unique wines, and they were awful.

Sleepy Cat Winery was an absolute gem on our wine tour! The owner, Mark, was incredibly personable, with a fantastic sense of humor that made the experience even more enjoyable. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and accommodated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment we walked in. The wine itself was wonderful, with fun, creative names that added a playful touch--perfect for wine enthusiasts and cat lovers alike! Our whole group had an amazing time here, laughing, sipping, and enjoying the unique charm this winery offers. Mark's hospitality and the relaxed vibe made this a standout stop on our tour. We'll definitely make a point to come back in the future. If you're looking for a memorable wine-tasting experience, Sleepy Cat Winery is a must-visit!

Super fun place to visit. Owners super knowledgeable and happy to guide you through a tasting. Wines are fun and tasty. Definitely a fun place to sit and chat and enjoy some lovely wine. Also had finger foods and some other tasty morsels to try. Also they have some unique pairings of food and wine to sample.

Sleepy Cat was awesome! We weren't sure what to expect but we took a chance, I must say it was well worth the 3hrs that we were there. Great owners who are down to earth and will talk to you, great wine, many different options. whither you would like a glass of wine or try many different ones. we had 4 flights, which we got to try 20 different wines. Also, just so you know, they do have a food menu, which was great, the homemade salsa is out of this world. Sandwiches were good as well. The prices of bottles of wine were very good for a local winery. love the labels and names. We will diffently be back for an afternoon lunch.

My friends took me here for my birthday yesterday . I loved every minute of it. Great atmosphere. The staff was so friendly and the other customers as well. I will definitely be back there. Great place to unwind!!!

Great place, people, environment, and service. Oh, wine is good too:) Most are oaked. Gem in the area.

Great selection of wines. We met the Owner/Winemaker who was a lot of fun. We'll be back!

A unique experience! Everything is cat themed from the waiter's jokes to the pet food bowl filled with complementary pretzels. Small family owned business. Very personable and friendly. My party tried the wine tasting. It was only $5 for 6 pours and if you buy a bottle of wine at the end they waive the $5 charge. Although we didn't try the food the menu looked good. Definitely worth a return visit.
