ET&T provides service for my BCT company that is professional, accurate and timely. I know that when I call, my computer and tech issues will be resolved that day!! So important. I often work with Stipo P. and he has always provided the utmost accurate and outstanding service for me at BCT.

I called about an issue I was having with Zoom and expected that someone would call me back several hours later or that a representative would schedule me for an appointment tomorrow. Instead, Stipo jumped on the phone and then onto my computer right away. He diagnosed my issue in seconds and was able to resolve my issue in less than 3 minutes. I work for HAPCO Screen Printing in Emmaus and ET&T provides our business with IT an communications solutions. They handle any issue big or small. They've serviced our internal phone systems for decades. They also supplied our new server and migrated the important data from our old system and then helped setup our new ERP system. Recently they've begun installing new PC's around our shop to get ahead of the Windows 10 cutoff in 2025. These guys are down to earth, they know their trade, and they get it done with a smile on their face.
