We had a catastrophic experience with Advanced Graphix, and we feel compelled to share our feedback to prevent other companies from facing similar issues. While this company might be suitable for small local jobs, they are far from capable of handling more complex projects or collaborating professionally on a long-term basis. We are a French company based in Chambersburg, specializing in digital printing. After being approached by Advance Graphix, who made numerous promises of a successful partnership, we decided to entrust them with our production. They agreed to our terms and pricing, and we invested heavily in this collaboration. We moved our entire business to their location, which required a complete halt in production for several weeks. A portion of our team even traveled there to assist and support them in setting up our production processes. From the start, we noticed a total lack of communication and an unwillingness to adopt tools that would allow for more efficient work. Just a few days after our departure, their frustration became apparent, driven by their own incompetence. They abruptly decided to terminate the partnership without notice, clearly realizing they were entirely incapable of delivering the skills and expertise they had promised. In conclusion, while Advance Graphix may be adequate for basic tasks like applying stickers to vehicles, expecting anything beyond that is unrealistic. We strongly advise against partnering with this company for any serious or ambitious projects.

Advanced Graphix is our go to for screen printing. Rachel at the front desk is wonderful to work with. She is very knowledgeable and will help you to get the best price around. We order 3 times a year and we will never go anywhere else. Wonderful business.
