I had a productive conversation with Tim about his business for around an hour. I genuinely believe he possesses a diverse set of tools essential for a contractor's business growth. At this place, it's not just about the technology but more about its effective application. They truly understand that.

I was not going to go with this company because they had only a few reviews. When I looked through their site, they had big time people recommending them and solid video reviews. When I asked the owner why no reviews, he explained he changed the name and the old name business powered.com had many more and Google will not transfer. All his contractors sign an NDA and most of them don't want their competitors knowing who they are working with. So, allot of them do not write a review. He does offer the best guarantee in the industry. Long story, we tried them on a little project and now they are doing all our HVAC marketing and business coaching.

The lack of reviews was a concern for me. Then they explained they provide non-disclosure agreements. When they also explained that due to their performance the contractors really do not want their competitors to know who they are using when they have such good results. The owner told me he always asks and they are really happy, but they prefer not to let others to know. We decided to try them since there is no long term contract. I would not want my competition using them, that's for sure.
