Staples

I have shopped this store many times and have always found the staff to be professional and helpful. I went to the print center today to have ONE COLOR copy made and was told it wouldn't be done until next week. No explanation just a rude and unprofessional response. I left and came back because I just could not believe a printer center could not run me one color copy. The two gentleman were professional but interrupted by the two females working the print center, and they were even more rude this time. Not at all what I expect at Staples. I left and went to another store where they were very helpful and professional. Done with this Staples.

Staples is the only office, school, or business supply store in the Shenango Valley area. Prices are not the lowest but they usually have what you might need for a project. Employees are pleasant and easy to approach, and mostly knowledgeable of the location of items in the store.

I take all of my items to this location to ship for my eBay sales. Including the USPS ones. They are fast and friendly. Every single time.

Hermitage, PA store was very efficient when I picked up my online order. The associate who helped me was friendly and the transaction was handled quickly.

Always enjoy my visits to this store. The manager, Steve is always very helpful and does everything possible to make it a good experience in the store. He's very respectful and considerat.

I needed to have assistance to help me chose a router. Staples was really helpful in selecting the correct one for my needs.

I will not be going back here ever, bought a gaming chair on Black Friday , they talked me into a warranty & assembly which I agreed to, they said it would not be ready till the following morning, so I drive all the way there hr drive for me, get in there & the chair was right where the employee left it the day before , I asked the employee that was helping me why my chair was not assembled , he said oh I didn't know anything about it , & the guy that sold me the chair was not working , they couldn't have cared less if they tried, I canceled the sale & left

Called today to get a few things printed and laminated and needed them done like yesterday. Steve was great over the phone and so very helpful and professional. 1 hour later I had all my items and they looked amazing. Everyone was so helpful and provided extraordinary customer service. I will definitely be using them for all my printing needs in the future. Thank you for taking pride in your job!
