I've worked with multiple 3PLs before Ship Daddy. The first one failed so catastrophically one holiday season that Christmas orders shipped months late. Months! Another routinely ignored emails or answered urgent questions days later without acknowledging the delay. Their software didn't even have a view of our current inventory levels. The best I could hope for was periods of competency between disasters. Ship Daddy is infinitely better than our previous 3PLs because they care and they communicate. When there's a problem, we message them on Slack and they quickly respond and fix it. The whole team is friendly, helpful, and hard working. They've been an incredible partner for us. Ship Daddy is so much better than other 3PLs that the others should be embarrassed.
