If I could give more than 5 stars I would. ShipDaddy are the best! Our company is based in the UK and we needed a 3PL to process and ship our orders in the USA and Canada. We had contacted several other 3PL companies based in the USA but ShipDaddy were the one company who completely put or minds at ease right from the very beginning. They deliver such a prompt, personal service whilst maintaining a very professional level. Nothing is too much trouble. We have Skype calls if we want them and this, twinned with the excellent SLACK app, means that nothings gets missed. We would definitely recommend ShipDaddy.

Having to utilise several warehouses for our e-commerce operations, I can say that ShipDaddy are one of the best 3PL partners we have ever worked with. Their communication, speed of service and attention to detail make them easy to recommend!

I've worked with multiple 3PLs before Ship Daddy. The first one failed so catastrophically one holiday season that Christmas orders shipped months late. Months! Another routinely ignored emails or answered urgent questions days later without acknowledging the delay. Their software didn't even have a view of our current inventory levels. The best I could hope for was periods of competency between disasters. Ship Daddy is infinitely better than our previous 3PLs because they care and they communicate. When there's a problem, we message them on Slack and they quickly respond and fix it. The whole team is friendly, helpful, and hard working. They've been an incredible partner for us. Ship Daddy is so much better than other 3PLs that the others should be embarrassed.
