The team took on our project after a series of focused kick-off and scoping calls, and rapidly delivered a great site for us. We hired 1Digital after filtering through other agencies that could handle platform migrations. We found that they had the best approach and they were way more detailed in their proposals than other agencies. Switching platforms felt daunting until we partnered with 1Digital. Brian and Joe guided us expertly through migrating to Shopify Plus, wrapping it all up in just 6 months. We faced challenges, but they were quick to solve issues and recommend smart 3rd party solutions. They're still supporting us with phase 2 enhancements and have started an SEO campaign to keep our rankings strong.

Have spoken with Sam a few times regarding hiring his company to fix some Google Merchant Center issues that I was have. He explained a very straight forward approach that he and his team would take to solve the issue. I have the utmost confidence that they would have us taken care of in no time! At this current time, being a small business that is experiencing some downs in our current market we made the decision not to use he and his team at right now. After explaining this to Sam, he went a step further and provided me some alternative options to solve our issue that may be a better option for us in our situation. 1Digital agency did a fantastic job with the design, development, and migration of our site. The company I work for is just getting into the e-commerce space and we were starting from scratch. They took our vision and ideas and ran with it. It was a big learning curve for me, but my account manager, Madison, did a fantastic job explaining all the steps and processes involved. Not only that, but she was always so organized and timely to respond. I really like the project management platform (podio) that they use as well. We look forward to working with 1Digital as we grow our e-commerce in the future. Our new site really stands out from our competitors which is the best feeling!

Awesome team to work with. They know what they are doing and they are easy to work with. We recently worked with 1Digital to update and redesign two websites for our company. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. The team was very responsive and transparent throughout our entire website redesign process, and their input was insightful and top notch. On top of all this they were very competitively priced! I used a different company for our last redesign a few years ago and that company actually held our code on their servers - so we were forced to pay a monthly "subscription fee" to maintain our websites - total scam.
