Freshy - Website Design

FreshySites was very patient in working with our company. As a financial services company, we have a lot of compliance that we must adhere to and Freshy was great with working with us on the minor changes we had to make. Everyone we worked with was incredibly helpful and the turnaround time was very fast. I would say we would definitely use them again, but they did such a great job that I'm not sure we will ever need a new website!

The FreshySites team is always really responsive. I'm bad about not remembering who does what on their team. But no matter how many times I reach out to the wrong person, they just loop in the right people and set me up for success. I love that our website was designed so that it's easy for me to update, but it's also framed in such a way that its really difficult to junk it up. As someone who doesn't write html code, I feel confident in doing a lot of our needed website updates without having to ask for help. But when I do ask for help, I know that the FreshySites team will make it look great and in a hurry.

After months of searching for the right company to help us with our site, we found FreshySites, and we knew right away that they were the right fit for us! They are attentive, patient, responsive and professional. We can't say enough about how much we enjoy working with them!

TJ, Vincent, and staff were great in our website design and development. We tweaked our site several times, and they were very patient and helpful in getting it to look just right. They got the look we were trying to convey. We are beyond thrilled with our new website and secure in knowing we still know we have FreshySites to go to with help, adjustments, or questions.

My website would go blank periodically. (usually i just reach out to namecheap and they would get my site back up within 5 mins) To try for a more permanent fix I reached out to freshysites, they asked for my website username/password so they could check things on the back end, after 2 days they provided me with 3 different quotes with an emphasis on creating a whole new site for me (which i did not want/need) but they refused to tell me what they found or what the issue was with my site. I immediately changed my password but within a day of declining their offer my site was completely shut down and is now blocked by google. I was hesitant to give them my info and should have trusted my gut. Sad that this is how they do business. I should have done better research or went with a better company.

I am not technologically savvy, but can recognize those who are, and the FreshySites team certainly qualifies. They turned my primitive website into one of which I can be proud, and always respond to my inquiries and requests very promptly and with enthusiasm. Highly recommended!
