IntuitSolutions was a pleasure to work with. Our project manager, Lu, was friendly and very responsive to our concerns. We weren't forced into a long-term contract, and we were updated each month about costs and how long the project would take to complete. It was very obvious that they took the time to do the best job they could. We feel they really cared about making our website look good, and it does! Highly recommend IntuitSolutions!

During all the trials & tribulations of Covid, Intuit-Solutions services were the most reliable & dependable company to have in your corner during those most uncertain times. We were in the process of updating a complete full top to bottom website update & overhaul in 2020-2021. When industry standards and practices changed and working remote became the new norm. Such a talented bunch of people! I needed some bespoke work done on our BigCommerce site, and was looking around when Intuit Solutions kept coming up as a knowledgeable company. I dipped my toe in the water with them, and was blown away by their helpfulness and their in-depth expertise. Where I may fear to tinker with the details of our site, this lot will have the bonnet (hood) up and be deep-diving into code in order to optimise everything. Make no mistake, Intuit Solutions know what they're doing, so you can take comfort in your site being in safe hands.

We hired IntuitSolutions to build our customized Bigcommerce store from the ground up. We had no previous design, no experience with Bigcommerce, and really no experience with a storefront. We had been selling through the online marketplaces for years and decided it was time to start promoting our brand and driving traffic to our own site. Not having any previous store experience was definitely a challenge for us because we had no idea what we would be required to provide as far as content and inventory were concerned. Intuit laid out a full project timeline and worked with us to iron out these details. They were patient and extremely thorough in explaining even the most basic fundamentals of putting the storefront together. Our project did run longer than scheduled but some of that was due to design and functionality changes. I'd really like to thank Lu for his design work and his patience while working through the many characteristics pertaining to the look and feel of our custom site. Spending this additional time during the design phase meant that all of the particulars were ironed out early on and we could spend the later half of the project building and coding. He was enthusiastic and diligent and not at all bothered by our questions. I have to admit, I was worried that the project was too far over schedule and it seemed that the team was ready to bail out and leave us hanging to launch this store on our own. That never happened. In fact, Eric stepped in and responded in detail to every question and concern we had. He made sure that all revisions met our approval before being closed out and he was available day and night. I'd like to point out that the design and development of a storefront is only 1/2 of the project. There is a lot involved with loading inventory and actually launching the store with a Google Analytics integration. Intuit was there every step of the way and made sure that our store launched professionally right down to our first orders.

I am very happy with the customization work that IntuitSolutions did on my website. What I had was based on a template purchased off of the BigCommerce marketplace and while it was a nice template, it was just missing some customization that really could help it be far more functional. I found what I was looking for with IntuitSolutions. I think the price was very reasonable and it was wrapped up within two weeks of contacting them, so I was very happy with the turnaround. I would happy recommend their services to others and also used them to do the 1-page checkout, which is a huge improvement on the default BigCommerce checkout process.

I can't say that I had the greatest experience with IntuitSolutions, but what I can say is that one of the principals, Brian, went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of. He was professional, and made an amazing effort to understand and address my concerns. Not everyone is a match, and sometimes there are hiccups. How a business deals with those hiccups is what separates the professionals from the amateurs. Thanks Brian!

Intuit has been very helpful and great to work with. They're very responsive, easy to communicate with and have created very effective, beautiful work for us. Highly recommend.
