I have tried to open an account several times without success. I get automatic reply that my activity is associated with fraudulent behaviour? How is it fraud to open up an account with linode? i emailed the support several times and sent reminders over 2 weeks asking them to help me. They dont even care to answer my mail. Their service is so bad that its non existent!

I've always had superior service when calling support. I do not ever remember waiting more than a minute for someone to take my call. They are always very helpful, especially since I am not a techie and competent in working on a server, let alone in Linux. I am also very impressed with your CHANGE page and the information links that will help us all be better people. Thank you.

This company may provide a good service, but good luck getting through their signup process, My account was flagged for fraud, and I am not told why. I did everything suggested during signup and answered all the questions. Their customer service was less than helpful.

Scamers..... You guys delete my IP address from my linode and created many linodes in replacement just to increase the prices. And now you dont have backup and anything. I will definitely report you everywhere and create 2000 dollars campaign to show how you deal with your clients

Our hosted website has been down since friday and their customer service just stopped answering when we questioned what had happened and when things were gonna go back up again. Wouldn't recommend the least.

My sign up was flagged as fraud, which it wasn't. I tried to contact the customer service, no response. You don't want a hosting provider like this.

Be aware that this company will ad spam you to death and you will not have any way to stop this. Goggle code is out of control for this company spamming there ads to no end. Please STOP the LINODE ADS I am sick of them. THANK YOU!

They are bombarding me with Spam-Emails. Unsubscribing doesn't do anything. Never give this company your real email. Big regret
