Our non-profit, the Sullivan Trust, was in talks with Randy about a new website which is just a mess and I was soo overwhelmed by all the politics of how our company runs things but Randy really saved the day for me and assured me and stayed calm. During a Board Meeting, I was told we needed to quickly update an important PDF that was wrong. I had tried to change it myself but was clueless. With fingers crossed I contacted Randy, at 8pm. We talked, I emailed the file, and ten minutes later it was replaced, at no cost, a donation....AND he found an error on the PDF! Speaks for itself. If you are hesitant about using his service, why?! Randy is a rare gem!

I'm a 3.5 player. I've had some lessons over the years but learned far more with Randy. In just a half-hour I was hitting forehands far better and with more awareness. His focus is the mental parts, focus and awareness, not body mechanics, to teach yourself through analyzing and correcting your own swing. It's not just hitting balls like a regular lesson, it's getting feedback on every swing. My swing feels much more solid as I now feel the big difference when my feet are solid on the ground ... it really is like he says in that you have to practice hitting with your lower torso instead of upper. Far fewer forehands go out and suddenly there's more topspin. It really just is a very different kind of lesson and different approach compared to other coaches. Randy explained that it's because he taught himself when lessons didn't help. Very much looking forward to working on serving and taking another lesson. Thank you so much!
