Savvior

I've had the opportunity to work with Savvior a number of times over the past six years and will continue to do so on future projects. The groups at Savvior is easy to work with and they have shown the ability to adjust their work schedules to meet important deadlines as well as completing long term projects on time without hand holding. There end product is always well thought out and has always met the spec and their support over the years has been fantastic.

I have worked with Savvior for several years using SavviCMS. Compared to other IT companies I have worked with I cannot say enough good things about Savvior. I have never experienced any problems with the application or the folks who make it work. Anytime I want to do something different or create a new facet to our website the team at Savvior returns my communications quickly and the project is always complete well in advance of the deadline I give them.

I have worked closely with Savvior on many different projects. They operate as a very close knit team and are extremely customer centric. They are a very talented group and experts in their respective fields. I have worked with their IT team, programmers, project managers and the owner. I would recommended working with Savvior, you will have a great experience from start to end.

The Savvior team developed the online senior care business that I manage, Caregogi. Our team went into business with Savvior skeptical, as we had been burnt by an incapable developer before. In a matter of months they more than proved themselves to us. They provided more than just a beautifully designed website. Caregogi has complex scheduling features, a database that updates in real time, a matching algorithm, and much more. They took our project step by step and worked with us to ensure that it would look fantastic and function better than any similar sites. Savvior's developers are not only incredibly talented, they are extremely personable and willing to work with you on solutions that are the best for your business. Without Savvior we would not have the fantastic website that we have now. We are incredibly happy with the services they provided.

We have used Savvior on three websites and have always found them to be knowledgeable and responsive. From the initial design phase to when we have questions or thoughts on possible changes, their team has been quick to respond with options and pro's/con's that helped us make decisions. Solid people and would recommend them to anybody.

Savvior's customer service is excellent. Their project managers are very good at communicating with their clients in a timely manner throughout the development process.

Completely unprofessional. The staff was constantly pointing the finger at us(us the client, who paid highly for their services)for error their developers made. It's hard to believe they can keep any clients. I truly hope they take a few training courses in client management and apply this knowledge to the ones who keep them in business, the consumer. Response: The only thing fake here, is that after I posted this review, you had your friends and family post reviews to bump up your ratings. Buyer beware.

Due to a error in our accounting, we inadvertently missed three payments totaling a "substantial amount due" of $90 (according to Savvior) So instead of calling us to discuss, they simply took our entire website and email system down over the 4th of July holiday marking it in bold letters to our customers ACCOUNT SUSPENDED. We tried contacting them numerous times via phone, text and email but they didn't return our pleas.
