Luke has done a great job building and maintaining my website! He makes suggestions and adjustments so that the information about my business is readily accessible for exiting and prospective clients. Luke is easy to deal with and I have confidence in his work product!

I own a small local business and found Luke via a networking group and contracted him to rebuild my website assuming that he would be organized, attentive, and knowledgeable concerning website construction, SEO, and marketing. Besides the build time taking in excess of 3 months, I was tasked with proofing type countless times (riddled with typos), reviewing all the broken links, buttons etc., and having to relay basic layout revisions that took hours and hours of my time. After launch, I chose to accept it may have been that he was overwhelmed with work and continued with a very basic SEO package to keep my site up to date as well as use Luke to host my site regardless of GoDaddy and similar sites being less expensive. Not only did I receive invoices with no detailed accounting of what he was doing but when I did reach out for clarification Luke was defensive, argumentative, and dismissive. I finally reached out to someone with website expertise I trust via a mutual friend. I was told that this site was not only stagnant but was rating very poorly on search engines, had 100's of internal errors causing issues with SEO optimization, and was not easily corrected without significant investment. When I reached out to discuss this with Luke he refused to acknowledge the 3rd party results and fired me as a client. I was left to handle transferring my website to a different host on my own and will have to pay another company to rebuild my website. I would be happy to take time out of my day to speak with anyone that wants verification of any of this and vehemently recommend finding some other company to help you!

I don't do SEO and social media marketing is exhausting to me, I'd be good for a couple days and then lose traction - Luke has grown my influence and kept my business relevant in search and social.
