Bloomingdale's

I was approached by a jewlery sales associate who claimed to be interested in my Nuna stroller. However, thinking back, this was simply to single me out and have someone from their fragrance counter come and look to see if I was stealing. I was upstairs in the kids section prior and naturally passed the Nuna section. I kid you not she kept me there interrogating me for 5+ minutes with my 1 year old child, trying to get information while the other woman came around and checked my stroller and got awfully close to me. I have never felt so disgusted by a singular store interaction. How degrading to think that we cannot afford a Nuna. Like, are you serious? Get a real job, you fake want to be security cops.

I was especially impressed by their ability to offer tailored recommendations and assist with finding the perfect items for my needs. Terrible staff. I have been treated very rudely on multiple occasions. Specifically in the fragrance department where on multiple occasions I have been disrespected by the staff. I was approached and asked to sample some of the colognes they had. I smelled them and said that I wasn't a fan and wanted to move on. The worker told me that maybe it's an issue with my nose and that something might be wrong with me if I don't like their cologne. I thought this was absurd and just moved on. Then the lady started making comments about me to her co-worker as I left as if I offended her by not liking the cologne. Very unfriendly and unprofessional staff.

Continuous issues with customer experience since Chad departed... My most recent interaction was beyond sad! And despite the fact that I brought the issue to her attention; I actually caught her smirking behind my back with the associate and when I caught her she turned away and put her head down! I challenge the "REAL" manager to reach out for details so that you can run the tape back to observe the body language. I honestly feel that majority of the cosmetic and perfume associates have a look down mindset towards black customers.

Some of the rudest customer service. Do not come here if you look under the age of 30 or they will discriminate against you. We were browsing only to be barked at by two employees asking us what we were doing. After the third time of being bothered we were out of there. Waste of time.

Went here for fragrances, and the ladies in the fragrances department were wonderful. Ask about the versace atelier line of fragrances, only sold at bloomingdales. I was absolutely enchanted and my favorite frag is now Santal Boise.

Everytime I enter the store alone or with friends, the employees stare and immediately call/radio security even the times where we were genuinely shopping for items. Two of the times where this happened we had interactions with other customers who also agreed that this is something the employees in this store do very often, they harass customers. They are very rude and turn away my business everytime I enter.

I was at Bloomingdale's today and Kathleen helped me to find what I needed, she is very patient and super knowledgeable, valuable asset to the team!!
