I was able to contact support several times but only Philip was able to help me and solve my web issues. He is nice to chat with and very fast to answer my questions. My domain expired with another registrar and I was unable to reach them to resolve it. I called this company and they answered and were very helpful as they could see what was happening. Very skilled and considerate as I was pretty rattled knowing my domain had expired. My livelihood depends on my website. Thank you for the reassurance I couldn't get from the company I was paying.

The live support is excellent. They are very persistent, not giving up until problems are solved. If the first tier of techs cannot solve a problem, they readily call in the specialists. They keep the communications open, live or via email, until the problems are solved. The support staff are well mannered, friendly and patient.

Abysmal support. They got hacked last year. Cost my company to much time. 3 teks 3 different answers. You will spend hours trying to get through. I see whc replied after the problem has been solved. Classic A week to fix an ssl cert omg
