This is a very comfortable house. It is fully equipped with all the necessary items. The area is also very safe, and the host is a considerate person. If you enjoy nightlife, this place is perfect for you because there is a bar downstairs. The outdoor balcony is perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee and daydreaming.

Very lovely, fresh, newly decorated apartment in sweet area of Providence. Short walking distance to RISD and Brown but (nicely) not right among the students. Several good restaurants on the strip where this apartment is. Attentive host.

We had a fantastic stay! The location was incredibly convenient for our event at the convention center. Our host was friendly and prompt in addressing all our needs. We highly recommend this place and will definitely consider booking here again when we're back in the area!

Great little apartment in downtown Providence. As many of the reviews mention, the night life and homeless can be rather loud at night but ended around midnight. However, once I go to sleep noise doesn't bother me. The property was exactly as described and pictured. Perfect location for dining and a 3 minute walk to the convention center or a 10 minute walk to the Providence Place Mall. Air Hostd was extremely responsive to all my messages. I had requested and early check-in in, extra towels prior to arrival , and after check in I noticed the heater was not working and they responded promptly and addressed the issues promptly and quickly. I think this has been my best airbnb host this year! Thank you for a fabulous stay!

We knew nothing about the downtown Providence area, this place was a gem. It was an amazing find. We were able to walk everywhere. It was very convenient to everything. The place was beautiful, clean, updated, and roomy. My son is going to Brown and we hope to stay here over the next couple of years while visiting him.

It was clean, Thoughtful, Plenty of towels, bedding was cleaned. Central location to entertainment. Window upgrade, so they all opened. Parking permit as well. I did not notice this in the print but it's above a popular bar. My fault. Ear plugs, and it's all fine. Host communicated well. I'd go back!
