Jim and his son have been fixing/servicing my computers since at least 2013. They are always competent, informative, pleasant and well priced. (and never make you feel stupid even when you are about computers). Jim says "I don't know about your business, why should you know about mine". What a kind thing to say!!

I went in to get a second opinion on a broken laptop. Jim listened to my description of the troubleshooting I had done, and confirmed that having him attempt to repair it would most likely be more expensive than the laptop was worth on the open market. He took a look at the laptop himself, and then he looked up the service tag to see if I could manage a manufacturer warranty repair and showed me listings of the current value to buy a used model. He even gave me advice on parts to buy if I wanted to keep using the hard drives in my old laptop. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. He even made a few gaming jokes that to my embarrassment I didn't get! We talked for 20 minutes and he didn't charge me a dime. I know it shouldn't be a surprise, but finding someone who would give you an honest assessment that would discourage you from spending money with them and then listening to and answering your other concerns without being impatient knowing they're not going to get paid by you was nice. I would go back without hesitation for future issues.

Jim and Jodan provide expert analysis and solutions to complex tech problems. They are reasonable and honest and will not oversell you. I've used them for years and have always been pleased.

Excellent service! Jorden is super friendly and knowledgeable. He brought my computer back to life and saved my data. He is very patient and took time to answer questions and give education. We are lucky to have this great service in the neighborhood. Highly recommended.

Time to update my review: I've always had excellent service here whenever a computer gets a virus or I have a malfunction; Yet Jim Frame offers so much more! Today for example: I've been overwhelmed with the various technologies I need to use and how they interact now that I am using more remote meetings, appearing on TV remotely from home, using speakers, video camera, etc. I had various devices that did not work the way I needed them too, or that were difficult to adjust the settings. Working remotely, Jim not only got everything working. He helped me understand what wasn't working and why, and how to set up my system so it works more easily in the future. Then, at my request, Jim and I went shopping online to help me make the right decisions about what technology to buy, something that had me overwhelmed in the past. While Jim has always helped me when I get a computer virus or breakdown or to help me prevent computer viruses in the first place, his abilities go well beyond fixing a broken computer. Jim frame is a high end tech consultant at the most reasonable of prices. Plus he's a super friendly, helpful person. Here's my previous review These guys are the best! My whole family uses them. They have gotten rid of root viruses. They have helped us prevent viruses and other malware. They are fast and super-responsive. They answer all my questions--it's like having my own in-house computer guru.

My computer was pretty much dead-in-the-water, and I brought it in expecting dire news at a dire price ... Jim fixed it the same day, at a very reasonable price, and gave me the perfect amount of information about the process ... I couldn't be happier with their service - highest recommendation !!
