Fast and efficient work ethic. Will work thoroughly to make sure you get what you want for your site. Also provides years of experience and may have suggestions you didn't even think of, which was a breath of fresh air in this industry. When you call, it's not someone in a foreign country, or some other person who isn't even working on your site, you get the person who is actually working on your site and most times, working on it while on the phone so you can see live updates to your site.
