We have been a partner with TAG for more than 10 years. They have been invaluable in expanding and enhancing our network environment and security. Their services and solutions are tailored to our agency needs. We never feel pressure to purchase unnecessary systems or solutions, but work with us to find solutions and mitigate areas of exposure. The entire team of engineers, service managers, vCIO are all very responsive and accommodating to our employees with varying levels of technical skills. Additionally, they are extremely responsive to service request, especially on overnight or weekends. The quality of service and the structured pricing plans are fairly priced and comprehensive. It is difficult to price the outcome of a disaster or network failure, but fortunately with TAG it is not a constant worry. It is more than a client/vendor relationship. It is a true partnership. I would highly recommend TAG to any company seeking a trusted partner in IT solutions.

We have been a TAG customer for nearly 15 years. During the pandemic their team helped us transition our IT platforms to support a fully remote workforce. Although the transition was not without it challenges, TAG did a great job getting us to where we needed to be. Since transitioning, our IT issues have been reduced by a factor of four and our efficiency has increased significantly.

Our company has used TAG for our IT Support/Managed Services for over 10 years. The TAG team has been supportive and responsive. They were instrumental in helping us move our entire operation to the cloud in 2019, just in time for us to move to "work from home" when the pandemic set in.

We have been using several TAG for several years now. We are a small technology company that tries to be very agile. We frequently have needs that spring up quickly and need quick resolutions. I am sorry to say that the response we get from TAG is usually a callback the following day. I have been in situations where I was prepping for a potential customer visiting from abroad and we needed technical help right then and there - nothing. We would have paid almost any amount of money to have someone help us in that emergency but TAG doesn't have an option for that. Very frustrating. We have had some long term infrastructure revamp projects that have dragged on and on. With numerous meetings to iron out details and when things finally start to happen it appears my input had been ignored. There are several other situations I can think of that have been frustrating. I have met and spoken with a number of the TAG technical people and they are competent and professional. Another frustration is that they do not have a web based ticket system. I can file a ticket by sending an email or calling but I have no way to check on the status of a ticket (how long to follow up, etc.). Finally, I wouldn't have posted this review but for the fact that they explicitly solicited it from me.

Contracting TAG as our IT support advisors is one of the best business decisions we've ever made. Very helpful and responsive. It really eases our minds to know we have TAG in our corner.

I love the people that I deal with, but I feel that the cost is too high on a monthly basis. I am responsible for the company's finances and continue to search to see if I can get the same service for a lesser cost. If I find that everyone charges the same, then I will decide if I can afford or need this type of service. I managed without it for 23 years. Very expensive for the revenue that the company generates.

TAG keeps our IT working properly and was able to promptly help us move our accounting firm to remote work during the pandemic.
