My wife has internet with his company it's the worst service ever and the worst customer service by far! They were supposed to Send someone to take a look at why her internet kept on cutting in and out while she's working from home the telmex truck showed up didn't even come in to driveway or bother knocking on her door and left! She had to go back to the office and tell them and so they sent another truck and the truck never showed up! This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life!!

Su servicio tecnico es pesimo la falla anterior tardaron cerca de 12 dias en atenderla y desde entonces tengo intermitencia en el servicio, el dia de hoy tengo mas de 24 hrs sin servicio, la falla fue reportada hace 2 dias y nada pero para cobrar siempre a tiempo

Nunca habiamos tenido problemas con el servicio de internet, que yo siento que era el mejor que tenia nogales, y llevo catorce dias 14 dias con reporte de falla total de Internet, y cada que hablo me dicen que en 24 hrs queda y que enviaran a alguien, y no nadie se a reportado, nadie, es una exageracion 14 dias sin servicio, terrible experiencia con el servicio de internet. Ya se reporto por telefono, por wats app y hasta por twitter y nada, no hay respuesta al problema. Si hubiera cero estrellas esa les ponia.

El internet es bueno pero para resolver problemas no lo son!, tengo 3 dias sin internet y aun no me mandan un tecnico, ya ni puedo hablar con un asesor porque directo me corta la llamada, necesito que lo resuelvan pronto!
