Because I wasn't confident setting up and transferring data to my new computer, I called an expert, Steve at Dayweb. I also asked him to install Windows 11 on my old computer, as well. He took the job immediately -- no waiting -- then completed it in a timely manner. When I returned to get the computers, he spent time with me, making sure I was confident with the new computer and Windows 11. He is skilled, personable, a good communicator, and his price was reasonable. I highly recommend him for your computer needs.

Recently moved to the island and this was my first experience with Dayweb Tech Support. Laptop had crashed and Steve was able to schedule me in right away. He took the time to correctly assess the issues, was willing to communicate with my longstanding IT guy and fixed the problem in a timely manner. Very impressed. Steve was extremely responsive and so easy to work with! He was able to accurately diagnose my problem just from my description over the phone, got me in immediately and completed the repair by the end of the day! And his prices are great...had I gone to Geek Squad I feel certain I would have left with a new computer and a lot less money! 2 members from Steve's team came out this week and installed a new router in my home to replace my old, obsolete one that wouldn't support streaming on our television. The whole process was quick and painless, and they took the time to show me how a Roku device works, and explain some of the options available if you want to cut the cord on satellite TV. I've known Steve for quite sometime now and have had him or his team do work for me on several occasions previously when I needed computer repair at home & at my place of business, and anti-virus software at home. Being that I come from an IT background, I know how difficult and time-consuming troubleshooting and fixing some problems can be. Steve has always been responsive, fairly priced, and goes to GREAT lengths to fix problems and make sure his customers are satisfied. He's worth way more than the modest prices he charges!

When it became evident that the PC I use for business required a new video card, my company IT guy did his research, and recommended that I contact Day Web Tech Support to perform the installation of the card and connectors that he sent me (I use 4 monitors for work). I contacted Day Web, and spoke with Miles. He was very welcoming and helpful on that initial call. I brought my PC and the video card into Day Web Thursday around noon. 24 hours later, it was ready for pick-up! They also found that the video card required a bigger power source. They had it in stock, and installed it. No waiting days for a part to be ordered, and come in. I brought it home, got out my flashlight, and plugged everything back in. Held my breath as I flipped the monitors on, then fired up the PC. EVERYTHING worked perfectly!!! So a big thank you to Day Web, for such prompt and friendly attention to my computer issue! I love when everything works the FIRST time!! And, both I, and my IT staff, thought that their charges were VERY reasonable, for both labor and parts! Whatever your computer needs, I recommend Miles and the rest of the staff at Day Web Tech Support without reservation! All in all, I don't see how my initial experience with Day Web could have possibly gone any better!

I have turned to Steve at Dayweb when ever I have a computer (laptop) issue for the last 5 or 6 years. Whenever I call Steve he always answers, knows who I am, and solves my tech problem.
