HHI Tide 21 - Family Friendly Vacation Rental at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort

The unit is clean and comfortable, located perfectly on the island to access restaurants and any/other amenities one may wish to enjoy. The owners do an outstanding job of managing the unit through their Houfy website making payments/deposits/booking/etc. a VERY simple and efficient process. I've had difficulty in the past renting/dealing direct with owners who don't pay attention to their listings and don't facilitate timely refunds or responses to guests. NO issue whatsoever with Kristen, she is a superb host and pays close attention to management of the property.

We had a fantastic stay at HHI TIDE21! The villa is updated and super clean. Exactly as pictured. Kristen is a great host! Our family really enjoyed the amenities of the property. Would love to stay here again.

Highly recommend HHI Tide 21 for couples or families for a perfect beach getaway!!! We stayed a short weekend and the unit itself has everything you could need for a comfortable stay and fun at the beach. The pool is gorgeous and just a short walk away, then the beautiful beach is just a boardwalk away from that. Kristen is an excellent host and made sure we didn't miss out on anything!!!! We plan to book here again next year!!

We stayed at Kristen's villa over spring break/Easter weekend. We've come to HHI many times over the years and it's a special place for our family, but we've never stayed at the Beach and Tennis club until this time. There were a lot of options for rental villas but I specifically chose Kristen's because it was nicely updated, decorated so cute in a beach theme, had all the extra equipment for beach days so we didn't have to lug it from home AND Kristen is an amazingly organized hostess with a super online guest guide and prompt communication. It's all the little details that made our stay extra special. We also loved that it was on the 3rd floor because the extra stairs helped us work off all the food we ate all week - haha! We did have a few terribly cold days but we didn't let it ruin our time with our family and friends. The resort itself also has everything you'd need - a super quick walk to the beach, huge pool, pool bar and restaurant, two other restaurants, on site bike rentals, laundry, tennis and pickleball. We had tons to do! If only the resort would heat the pool and add a hot tub I'd probably buy a villa of our own! Until then, I'd choose Kristen's HHI Tide 21 villa again over all the other choices for sure! Thank you for your hospitality!

Our condo was so sweet and comfy. We had a wonderful stay and Kristen (our host) was so responsive whenever I had a question, which was amazing. The pool is huge, and we loved having the food and beverage places within walking distance from our condo. It had everything we needed for our spring break vacation. We also enjoyed playing some tennis on the many courts they have on site. This was such a great spot for your Hilton Head stay!

Kristen's villa was clean, organized and had everything we needed for our month stay in HHI. We created so many wonderful memories and had some amazing adventures. The villa is literally steps away from the ocean which we walked almost every morning and watched the high tide come in every night. We love riding bikes and the bike rental place is right there at the resort...so convenient. We walked to the restaurant, Coconutz which had pretty good bar food. Kristen was very responsive and checked in on us a few times. We definitely will be back.

We were fortunate enough to book a weekend stay at HHI Tide 21 and were very pleased with the accommodations. The villa was clean upon arrival and ready for occupancy. It easily accommodated six people, one of whom was a teenager. The younger grandson (4) loved the bunk beds! Convenient parking was located next to the building. The villa itself was conveniently located with a variety of restaurants and shopping only a short distance away. Amenities were also conveniently located and well maintained. As far as security, the electronic lock on the unit was easy to use and saved from having to carry keys around. We enjoyed our stay and have already recommended this to a friend!

We spent the rainy month of February in this Condo and could not have chosen a better place! This condo is tastefully decorated, well stocked and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable, kitchen is stocked with quality utensils and cookware. There is a delightful pond behind the building with park benches and a children's park just beyond the pond. The beach is a short walk and although we didn't use it, there is a closet full of beach yoys! The hosts were attentive and helpful. They really could not have been better hosts!
