Just stayed at 13 Lawton Drive #79, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928 and WOW! GREAT PLACE. Interior is really beautiful and clean, with all new furniture and appliances; interior decorations in ALL of the rooms are really well done; gorgeous Bathroom and kitchen boxes of soap/supplies are very classy Kitchen basket of snacks is a nice touch All new kitchen utensils and appliances. Great lake view! Everything is so beautiful and classy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We hosted a Heritage event at 41 St Andrews Place with Host and Home. Their team is awesome. If you are looking for a rental company that produces rental income and has top of the line service, they are it! 41 St Andrews Place was a fantastic house on the 7th hole of the Harbourtown Golf Course and home to the RBC Heritage Golf Tournament. Wonderful kitchen and spacious home with very high end features. Awesome views and our clients really loved the home inside and out.

Host and Home is the best rental agency in Hilton Head. They were super helpful in booking at home that exceeded our families needs and were always quick to respond. The process was easy from start to finish and the home we stayed in was beautiful! Perfectly cleaned and furnished and had everything as promised. Will absolutely book through Host and Home again! We recently returned from a month-long stay in Palmetto dunes on Hilton head Island. Host And Home was fabulous to deal with. We had an issue with the sliding screen door. I called and they had a handyman over to fix it within an hour. They are very responsive and very professional. Our rental was amazing and dealing with Host And Home made it even more enjoyable!

We absolutely loved it! All the windows and tons of room and very high end. Loved being a super short walk to the beach and also a short walk to Coligny Plaza and the park. We couldn't ask for a better location or a more beautiful place to stay!

Recently spent three weeks at 1732 Bluff Villas in Sea Pines. Super clean, comfortable, quiet villa with great views of Braddock Cove and only a short walk to the beach. Our best property rental experience in 12 years of visiting HHI, we will be back.

Dear Travelers, My group of friends decided to visit the east coast, some of us for the very first time. There were seven of us, and we were all in our late 70's and early 80's, I being the old lady at age 82 with bad knees. We were fortunate enough to secure lodging at Spinners End for the week of January 25th to the 31st, 2025. I do have to admit, however, that we didn't realize that we were arriving there during an extremely unusual cold snap, even for winter! There was even ice on the patio furniture! But that only slowed us down a little bit while we were there. The place was absolutely beautiful, inside and out! The great room was our favorite place to gather. It was so open and comfortable, with the many windows looking out on the cozy deck, the beautiful yard and the scenery beyond. That space is open to the well-equiped kitchen and spacious dining room. (We had more fun in that kitchen, with each of us adding our own opinions on how meals should be prepared. It was a hoot!) I admit, my favorite feature was the elevator. I never expected that we'd have an elevator! That was so nice for me, since my private getaway was on the upper floor. The room was decorated so beautifully and the bed was wonderful. (Where did they get that bedding? I want some!) It had its own lovely bathroom attached, as well as its own private deck overlooking the front yard. In fact, the entire place was beautiful and clean, no matter where I looked - and I did take a thorough tour of the entire house. We could have invited at least 10 more friends! We didn't want to be there without experiencing the ocean, so one day we were brave enough face the cold. We bundled up and drove the short distance to the beach, where we hobbled down the boardwalk to the water. I stuck my toes in the Atlantic Ocean just to say I did, then turned and scooted as fast as I could back to the car. The men, being much more adventurous, spent a few hours riding the bikes up and down the beach. They had a great time, but I was happy to get back to our nest. Did I mention that this property is located at the end of a street? It is so quiet, with a backdrop of beautifu tall trees. I know you would love it there! I would recommend it highly! We loved staying at 30 Plantation Drive with our college-aged daughter and a few of her friends. It was both beautifully decorated and comfortable. With two air conditioning units the whole house stayed cool! The kitchen was very well equipped with enough cookware and table service for a large group! We loved the capacity of the extra large refrigerator and freezer and it was fantastic having a gas grill too! The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. It was nice having so many bathrooms. Everyone could spread out and get ready at the same time. We spent a lot of time in the pool. It was nice that there were shady areas where you could relax and not be in the sun. The tile decking did not get hot but the wood decking did so be sure to wear shoes going in and out of the house. Also, the pool backs up directly onto a lagoon and there is no fence. We are very happy we chose 30 Plantation Drive for our vacation and would definitely rent the home again! Host & Home was wonderful to work with in the planning stages and also once we were there.
