This rental exceeded all our expectations. We had a family of 7 and there was plenty of room for all of us. We've been coming to Hilton Head for 10 years now and this condo has the best golf course view so far. The morning coffee watching the sunrise is priceless. If there is a downfall, it would be there is very little counter space. That being said, with us only eating breakfast there this did not effect us at all. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Hilton Head.

The booking process with Host2coast was simple! We arrived to our rental after hours and the directions given to pick up passes was spot on. The house location was perfection for our family. The house exceeded our expectations with layout and sleeping spaces. The kitchen was well stocked with all that would be needed for a week's stay. The house was very, very clean! The little extras with laundry soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, beach towels and even fresh flowers was really nice. Check out on line made leaving a snap. We were even lucky enough to see dolphins in the canal behind the house one morning and were woken by a pod of them feasting one evening! It was a great week!

We love Hilton Head, this is the best location yet! Enjoyed every aspect from booking to check-out! The condo was stocked with all the essentials to get you started, even down to the beach towels! PERFECT location in Coligny! The pool is attached to the wonderful "Pool Bar Jim's". Could walk to everything; Coligny Beach Park, Carolina Tasting Room, shopping, many restaurants, and the grocery store, . We will definitely stay again!! Host 2 Coast was amazing, great communication!!!

Our Hilton Head Palmetto Dunes townhome/condo was nice. We were in Turnberry Village and the view of the golf course was great. Sunny mornings on the deck, drinking my coffee overlooking the tenth hole of GF Course, was a great way to start my day. The cleanliness was good. I gave it five stars because overall we had a great stay. I would recommend to the owner some simple upgrades on kitchen utensils since a lot of people don't like to use plastic when cooking, and maybe some Pyrex containers with the matching lids. We had to purchase Saran Wrap, baggies, and things like olive oil, garlic powder, vinegar, and honey (kitchen staples IMO), which is annoying to do for only a week, and then we are flying back home, so we just threw about $100 of kitchen "essentials" in the garbage. If I hosted through Airbnb I would provide these things for guests and just raise my nightly rate a few dollars to cover those items. My second recommendation is upgrading the bed linens. The condo is advertised as "luxury" and the sheets were scratchy my first night, which the management company replaced with a new set, but I had to complain. Those are really my only suggestions. Otherwise the stay was excellent and I would recommend this condo for a family or those in need of separate bedrooms and full baths.

I'm a short term rental realtor in a tourist area busier than this one... and it can be difficult to find a GREAT property management company because they all claim they're the best... but we LOVED staying with Host2Coast, I was super impressed with how clean our condo was and the little extras they provide for convenience!! One of the best experiences! They were super communicative, provided all the info we needed ahead of time and we very much enjoyed our stay!!! The condo had extra towels, beach chairs, sand toys and boogie boards along with plenty of towels and linens!! Will definitely stay with them again when we come back in July!!

Condo is in excellent condition and in a great location. It is very spacious and comfortable. There are amazing outdoor areas to enjoy the lagoon and wildlife as well as comfortable living areas and bedrooms.

Beautiful accommodations in a breathtaking destination. This condo had everything we needed down to the beach gear, kitchen supplies, and soft linens. The beds were beyond comfortable. Loved being able to walk to the beach, park, highly rated restaurants, and unique shops! Book this property if you are looking for the perfect Hilton Head vacation, can't recommend it enough!!!

Absolutely fantastic! The location was perfect. 5 minute walk to the beach if that. 5 minute walk to Salty Dog and a few shops there. The condo exceeded our expectations. It was so spacious and the furniture was comfortable. We loved that they had little touches like books and games. The welcome bah from host2coastwas such a nice touch and surprise. We will definitely rent here again!
