Best website development experience I could have imagined. They brought my vision to life!

I was actually duped into using this company for my website...that was never created, despite being charged nearly $1600-which was charged, multiple times, without my authorization to do so-given nothing had been done. What's more is that I made many attempts to make contact with them, at times even speaking to an actual person-only to be told it was not the person I needed to talk to and coincidentally that person had "just stepped out." In the end, I tabled it in my mind, until I saw their ad flash across my phone...
