John and Wes fixed an issue for me and now for many other users. My niche is software defined radios, if you can believe such a thing exists. I came to them out of left field. Their no quit attitude was amazing as they found and massaged software to fit my needs. Truly a talented team. I can't say enough good things about them!

John took the time on a busy Friday afternoon near closing time to help an old dog learn new tricks. I had a massive problem with an account that had been hacked and altered. With the patience if Job and super courtesy he straighten out everything over the phone with super simple directions. Thank you John.

I took my defunct PC tower to John at Homeland Secure IT a few weeks ago. He is charismatic and professional and made sure to understand my needs for the system. I ordered my parts online and he was patient while they shipped (one fan came from Hong Kong and took over a week to arrive). His team cleaned the tower, installed the new parts and imaged my old OS drive to a new larger one. It's been up and running and works as new! My main computer was in need of replacement and I had heard good things about Homeland Secure IT so I contacted John. He took it from there - ordered computer, installed and then he and Wes did the expected troubling shooting when you replace a 10 year old computer and then sync with a laptop and IPhone. Both were very easy to work with and the response time was good.

John and his staff are the best. I bought my computer from him and he follows up more than is necessary. Call are returned promptly and his knowledge of the IT world is excellent. We had a problem with a laptop and he called back within 30 minutes. He gave come some instructions and it was fixed. Don't go anywhere else if service after the sale is important to your business.
