I needed a great cocktail in a hurry for an advocacy event and Mike Blizzard came through!!! He made a potent, delicious beverage at a very reasonable cost. He included a nice sign showcasing the ingredients, sent me updates on the fresh squeezing he did and provided the perfect vessel for serving. It is very clear that he takes great pride in what he does and it shows. I can't recommend Carolina Elite enough!

Can't say enough good things about Mike and William and Chris At Carolina Elite bar services! We had a birthday party with about 70 people of all ages, from kids to older folks. Working with Mike was fantastic. He was super responsive and helped us strategize how to plan for the party and where to set up for the bar, what kinds of beverages to get, etc. They brought the bar and set it up in our backyard. It was great, people loved it and it encouraged people to congregate in the backyard, which was what we wanted. William and Chris were so nice and professional and just great to work with. It was so nice to be able to enjoy the party and not have to worry about running around getting people drinks! We also wanted nonalcoholic versions of things, and Mike was really helpful in telling us about options for that.

We used Carolina Elite Bar Services at our wedding reception in December 2024 and it was a wonderful experience. We were worried that we'd end up not purchasing enough alcohol, but Mike was so helpful in estimating how much we'd need. He was spot on! He created great his and her signature drinks for cocktail hour. As you can imagine, your wedding ends up being a bit of a blur. I don't remember a lot of that night because it was a whirlwind, but I do remember Mike handing me the last cup of my signature drink to make sure I got one and also coming up to me with the last High Noon near the end of the night because he knew that was my drink of choice which I so appreciated! We got nothing but compliments about Carolina Elite from our guests and we would hands down use them again if we were to host another event!

Carolina Elite provided the best bartending service during my wedding. They did such an amazing job! Their unique signature cocktails were a hit at both wedding events. The staff was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to talk to throughout the night. Mike was also very easy to communicate with and flexible throughout the planning process!

I found them when searching for a bartender for a 40-person event I held to celebrate being cancer-free after a long year of treatment and multiple surgeries. Michael was an absolute dream to work with from start to finish. He is a highly communicative, consummate professional. He worked with me to plan three incredible, speciality cocktails that we offered to guests (in addition to beer, wine, NA drinks). You hear his deep passion for service in every conversation you have with him. The day of my event, he was in touch to ensure he had everything we discussed, arrived early, brought his own music set up, and cleaned up discreetly and promptly. I created an elegant dining event, first in my dreams (for years), and at last in reality. There were so many moving parts for this dream event, that I knew I couldn't control all of them. I needed to hire people who could take charge of some important elements. What's more important than good service and good drinks at a dinner event? I needed a professional, and when Michael Blizzard texted me promptly (and with courtesy and knowledge), I knew immediately my front of the house would be in good hands! The night of this Farm to Table dinner he checked all the boxes, and also made my guests feel seen and cared for. The cocktail was delicious, wine glasses were never empty, and anywhere else he and Chaplin could jump in they did so before the back of the house servers could ask. They just noticed and did what needed to be done. I would trust Carolina Elite to handle any future event I manage!

Micheal and his team did a GREAT job at my wedding. We made Paloma's the signature drink at it was a big hit! Very professional, organized, and knowledgeable. Would absolutely recommend for weddings in the Columbia/Lexington area!
