I have purchased 2 different times from here and have been super happy with my purchases. Both times each purchase a year apart, I bought refurbished Google Chrome books. One 7 years ago and the other 5 years ago. All still work perfectly and under $ 150 USD each. Can't beat it!! We walked it and asked what they had. The 1st time we bought 4 refurbished Google Chrome books and a year later 2 more! I'm actually here because I want ti buy more and was checking the reviews and saw they had a few bad reviews but wanted to share that I have had a great experience with Brown Box!

BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU BUY FROM HERE, I think it may all be stolen. I ordered a surround sound system from them and THE SERIAL # WAS SCRATCHED OFF AND IT WAS MISSING PARTS! They gave me a $1 "good will" refund as they would not truly accept it back since the serial # was scratched off! I had reported this to them, and waited for a response, BUT NEVER GOT ONE. I once again contacted them regarding my $1 refund on a $213 (after tax) product. THEY STILL DIDN'T RESPOND! I had all of this documented already, and reached out to Amazon AGAIN, and Amazon told me they would get me a refund, and they did, kind of... BROWN BOX WANTED A $200 RESTOCKING FEE ON THE ITEM! I didn't even bother reaching out to Brown Box and went straight to Amazon who forced them to refund the restocking fee as well. As soon as they did, Brown Box FINALLY reached out to me and said "We have refunded your item, please update your negative feedback." NO! You sell a possibly stolen item, don't refund me, try everything to get out of Amazon forcing you to refund me and NEVER RESPOND TO MY THREE DIFFERENT ATTEMPTS AT CONTACT! I don't even know how they stay in business, the BBB has them reported as purchasing things off of Ebay FOR THEMSELVES on a customer's laptop! This place is ridiculous and should be shut down for thievery. EDIT TO REPLY TO OWNER: Clearly you do not or else I would not have received a package FROM YOU (even had your address and company name on it) that did not have a serial #!

I have purchesed a dozen TV's here. They are great. I have always felt they listened to what I needed and helped guide me to the best solution. Also GREAT value!!

I also had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered a Chromebook, and Brown Box restricted the shipping options, so that I wasn't able to have it delivered to an authorized FedEx receiver (the Walgreens store near my house), a neighbor's house, or even the FedEx office! When I left negative feedback on Amazon, the response was that Amazon requires all of those restrictions, for security. How can my package be "safe" on a FedEx truck, but "unsafe" at the FedEx office?! It's been over a week, now, and no effort to get my computer to me or a refund. This company is a fraud.

bought a "refurbished" computer from them off the "new egg" website. I was out of town for three weeks, came home and opened it, the mouse on the laptop was cracked and did not work properly. the computer felt loose and did not work correctly right away. I asked to send it back and they said no, it had been longer than 30 days. Unreal. I swear, it's not possible to find a reputable company anymore.

Went into their store and was in the hunt for a laptop with specific features and they found me exactly what i wanted at a great price considering it's refurbished and I was able to pick it up that day! Will continue to go back!

I've done countless business with the guys at Brownbox for years, both personally and professionally. They go above and beyond to help out customers and their community.

Dont use Brown Box company! My printer was restricted and couldn't be delivered or picked up!!!?? I cancelled payment! Dumb people at Brown Box.
