I'm mostly satisfied with Bluepeak. There was once an issue with scheduling for a service call that should have been quicker than they had scheduled it. We had no internet for about 4 days which was frustrating. When the technician arrived for the service and I indicated the long wait time for service. He did apologize and indicated that they do work on Saturdays and wasn't sure why he didn't get the notice to do our service call. The Technician was very friendly and professional and helpful and I appreciated that. Overall, I'm happy with the blue peak service I'm not sure anyone else would be better.
Modem went out and I did not call until later in the day and could not get service until 36 hours later. It was a power surge apparently and took out several houses' modem so it seemed to overload the system. The service person was very courteous and quick fix with new modem. The service person said they were having some trouble with the old modems, so I was happy to have a new modem. Our service works well and has been safe and reliable.
Great office staff, field techs, & network. Billing can be a little tough because they can't give refunds if you over pay. We're set up on auto-pay & got a new card, so did manual payment because I didn't think I had gotten the auto set up in time with new card. When I was double charged (auto & manual), I called to refund/void one of the payments & they said they'll apply it to the next bill because they can't refund/void. We were fine, but not everyone has an extra payment that they can spare.
I had the unfortunate experience of not having the money I needed to pay my bill last month. As an old lady, my Internet is all I have for entertainment. I called Blue peak and the representative was so understanding and helpful. He didn't make me feel bad about the money and arranged a future payment so my service wouldn't be interrupted. I love blue peak!
I've had the most pleasant and pain free experience during the entire process of signing up, installation, and even paying my first months bill. Our installation tech, Jon (I believe his name was?) was so kind and attentive. He was having issues with the process (not on his end) and he didn't give up until he MADE SURE we were online. He could have just easily passed on the job to anyone else but he didn't. Speeds are worth it and bill pay is straightforward/simple. I'm only disappointed in the fact that I don't know more people in the area to recommend the company to.
I upgraded my Internet to 1 gbps and I couldn't be happier. Installation was a breeze and the Technician was very informative and helpful. I have had Bluepeak for several years and they always give great customer service. Love Bluepeak!!
Hasn't been great so far. The internet itself has been great but customer service is a nightmare. The cable has been laying across my driveway and yard for 7 months now. I called multiple times and they send out a repairman but there is always an excuse as to why they can't get it buried that day. Once they came and worked on it, said they didn't have enough cable to complete the job and would be back within a week. It has now been a month and it's still not done. They didn't even hook it back up that day and I had to call again. The other issue is the price, I set up automatic payments like I was told to and I'm still paying the higher price. When I called about it again they said that promo was over even though it was still being advertised that same day. The rep finally said they would adjust it, she did but only $5.00 not the $10.00 as advertised. I feel like it has been a full time job trying to get everything straightened out!
Bluepeak service has been great. We had an issue and they addressed it quickly. If there is going to be an outage we get email alerts. It's much better than our satellite provider was.
